As an existing customer simply post your query using the contact form and I will get back to you pronto. If the query is within the contract agreement then no problemo. It is difficult to say. It depends on the problem you are trying to solve. If you just want me to look at a simple code, then just post it in the Ask me a question forum (this an open platform), if appropriate. I will try and find time to deal with it depending on my other priorities. You can then make a donation using the Donate button below. If you require something more discreet and a prompt response, then my call initial call out charge (i.e. to look at the code is £100). I will then scope the problem and either solve it (in which case that is all you pay); or agree a fee on top of the call out fee. I will be transparent with you all the way. So don’t worry.
